RATNAKRIPA® Return & Exchange Policy

At RATNAKRIPA®, we are committed to offering only authentic, high-quality products. Please read our return & exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns – Only for Damaged Products

• Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged product.

• To claim, an unboxing video (from the start of opening the package till the end) is mandatory.

• After reviewing your video proof, our team will decide whether the request is approved.

• Please note: No returns, only exchange will be provided in case of damage.

• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Fake Product Guarantee

• All our products come with authenticity assurance.

• If you believe you have received a fake product, you must provide a Government Registered Lab Certificate proving the product is not genuine.

• Once verified, RATNAKRIPA® will provide a 2X Money Refund, along with the lab certification cost reimbursement.

Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)

• If there are size-related issues, only exchange is available.

• In such cases, the courier cost for both sides will be borne by the customer.

No Returns in Other Cases

• Returns or refunds will not be accepted for personal reasons or preferences.
  
  

Customized Products – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Products that have been customized at the customer's request, including but not limited to *capping, ring sizing, engraving, personalization, modifications, alterations, or any other bespoke customization, shall be considered **custom-made items*.

Once the customization process has commenced or has been completed, *no returns, refunds, cancellations, or order modifications will be accepted under any circumstances.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review and confirm all customization details prior to placing their order. By proceeding with a customized purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

In the event that a product is received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, the item shall be eligible for *exchange only*. No refund will be provided in such cases.

To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must notify us within the specified return window and provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the package being opened at the time of delivery*. This video must clearly show the package condition, shipping label, and the product received. Claims submitted without valid video proof may not be accepted.

The company reserves the sole right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any exchange request. Any decision made by the company regarding the eligibility of an exchange shall be final and binding.
