Returns – Only for Damaged Products

Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged product.

To claim, an unboxing video (from the start of opening the package till the end) is mandatory.

After reviewing your video proof, our team will decide whether the request is approved.

Please note: No returns, only exchange will be provided in case of damage.

Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

If there are size-related issues, only exchange is available.

In such cases, the courier cost for both sides will be borne by the customer.
